Alright. Since everyone is doing it (ha, sheep mentality) Ill throw in my two cents regarding Revenge of the Fallen.
All in all I think it was entertaining. It wasnt flawless or anything and there were things I definitely could have done without, but I still thought it was ok. Oh, and before I go into detail

Optimus died again. And was brought back, again. (sigh) But he got to be a badass so it's ok.
I think the Autobots shouldve gotten more interaction time. I kept on forgetting that Ratchet was there. There was this blue Autobot (Jolt?) who didnt say anything at all. Sideswipe was still kind of a punk sports car which was good but beyond what you see in the TV previews he didnt really do much at all.
Soundwave was awesome. Ravage was awesome. The Starscream Megatron interaction was fun. The Fallen was kind of weird (It was odd to see a scared Megatron. That actually didnt sit that well with me) and I actually liked Jetfire. However there was one thing I didnt get regarding his scene.
I was actually born in D.C. and have visited the area a lot. So they find Jetfire in the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum and wake him up. He goes on a crotchety, old guy rant, and then, in all his aged and disgruntled glory, he proceeds to crash through the back wall of the museum out into the world. So where does he end up? In a field. With mountains. With lots of planes. Last I checked there werent mountains in D.C. Or big fields behind the ASM. Ill chalk that up to bad editing or something.
The twins Eh. No comment. They had their moments but I still think they couldve given some of their air time to the other guys. You know, for characterization and all that.
Oh. And I just have to point this out. Ive noticed that since around 2007 theres been this baby bot Sparkling craze, which is fine all in all (Ive gone Daaw over them a few times myself), but there was never anything to back up their existence. Well now theyre in canon. Only theyre not cute adorable little tots. Theyre gnarly little, mechanical lizard, mutant pod babies. I found that utterly hilarious for some reason.
So all in all it had its ups. It had its downs. It had its cringe moments. It had its genuinely funny moments. Still big robots. Things exploded.
And thats all I have to say about that.
